Coronavirus Update – Additional Business Support 05/01/2021
| The Chancellor has today announced one-off top up grants to closed businesses in the retail, hospitality and leisure sectors. The grants will be based on a per-property basis, at the following rateable value (RV)levels -RV up to £15,000 Grant £4,000 -RV £15,000-£51,000 Grant £6,000 -RV over £51,000 Grant £9,000 A further £594 million is also being made available to Local Authorities and Devolved Administrations to provide additional funding of discretionary grants for businesses affected by the restrictions, but not eligible for the property based grants.
