Adam Caplan

Adam joined fft in 2007, qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 2010. Adam became a partner in 2016 and now helps many businesses and individuals with their varying accountancy needs. Adam has successfully advised and guided a number of businesses through the sale process and also been advisor in several management buy-outs.

Adam enjoys spending time with his wife and 4 kids as well as being involved in a number of local communal organisations.

Ian Sluckis

Ian qualified as a chartered accountant in November 1983 and joined fft in 1988, becoming a Partner a year later. Since joining he has helped many businesses on their path to success and has been heavily involved in growing the Practice into what fft is today. Ian has a wealth of experience in many aspects of general practice including audit, forensic accounting, tax planning and resolving HMRC enquires.

As a keen tennis player and sports enthusiast, Ian knows how to wind down away from the office.

Robert Frankl

Robert qualified as a chartered accountant in 1977, becoming a partner in 1980. He is also a member of the Academy of Experts and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Throughout his professional career Robert has acted as accountant, auditor and advisor to owner managed businesses of various sizes and industries.

Robert’s preferred mode of transport is his beloved motorbike. Clients are unsurprised if he turns up at meetings clad in biking leathers rather than pinstripes.

Sam Bacall

Sam became a Director at FFT in 2021 after joining the practice from a big 4 firm in 2019. Sam advises a diverse client portfolio in all aspects of general practice, including audit, accounting, tax advisory, HMRC enquiry resolution and the buying/selling of businesses.

Sam has an interest in the latest accounting/finance technologies and anything that increases efficiency whilst providing clients with genuinely valuable information.

Away from work, Sam enjoys playing squash, tennis, cooking and spending time with his family.
