FFT were recommended to Commercial Filters Ltd. by their solicitor during the planning stages of a Management Buy-Out (MBO).
In September 2022, the team had an initial meeting with FFT, who outlined how they could support the business with the MBO.

Since completing the buy-out, FFT have continued to provide a range of services, including annual accounts and tax preparation guidance.
They also helped Commercial Filters Ltd. submit P11D forms and Directors’ Tax Returns, as well as advising on future planning strategies.
FFT also assist with company secretarial work, ensuring everything runs efficiently.
