Joining FFT in 2007, Adam qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2010 and became a partner in 2016 and, as such, has almost 20 years of experience in advising owner managed businesses, entrepreneurs and private clients.
Adam provides general practice, business advisory and strategic planning services to SMEs and growing businesses, alongside tax planning and compliance support for both individuals and companies. He specialises in navigating the complexities of owner managed businesses, including director and shareholder matters, as well as advising on business investment, restructuring and disposal.
He works with a broad range of clients, from start-ups through to established businesses and larger groups, with a particular focus on property investment and development, professional services and the entertainment and creative sectors.
He has extensive experience supporting clients through business sales and has acted as adviser on a number of successful management buy-outs, guiding stakeholders through each stage of the process with clear, practical and commercially focused advice.
Outside of work, Adam enjoys spending time with his wife and four children. He is also the vice chair of governor of a local high school and cantor of his local synagogue.
