Graeme Miller

The founder of a lettings and property management company, Graeme Miller had grown his business to the point of managing over 350 properties.

With Property Genius needing the support of a specialist in due diligence, Graeme began a working relationship with FFT.

As they have worked together, Graeme has got to know the team at FFT and has observed the way in which they approach work.

“They’re cheerful and not too heavy-handed and are always nice and relaxed.

They were able to do as much digging into things as was needed to make sure that everything was in order to make the acquisition go to plan.”

One thing that stood out to Graeme was the responsiveness with which FFT handled his work.

“They were very good at providing me with forms and information when I needed it. I appreciated how they set everything out for me so clearly.
